Best Western Plus Hotel Carlton Annecy

Classic Double Room had tiny storage, but the staff were really helpful.

It was reasonably clean, everyone was efficient and hard-working. No complains at all, had a real good stay in a fantastic town. I ate at a good restaurant for dinner. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect - a 10-15 minute walking distance from a restored castle. The property was located about 10 minutes walk from the city centre.

The air conditioner was basically non-existent, and it only cooled my room by 1 degree. Oh, a legendary, painfully slow experience. Not to mention, i expected at least a complimentary gesture upon arrival, but clearly they reserve that for special guests. I almost wrote a good review, but i just couldn't, 1-star missing!

The location was fantastic, just a stone's throw from the train station and an easy walk to the city center. The rooms were clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious for a city hotel. I especially appreciated the friendly and helpful staff.

Brand new and tastefully renovated. Good room size. Very centrally located. Parking garage with free shop for EV in front of the hotel.

Breakfast was fine, nothing was missing. It's great that the hotel accepts pets. The room was comfortable and nicely furnished. Very nice staff.

The underground car park was very narrow, not suitable for larger vehicles.

Super clean, good breakfast buffet, central location, directly at the old town. The underground car park in front of the front door, but one should book a place for the car with the room, as the public places are more expensive.

The room was cozy and had some great amenities like a coffee maker, which was a nice touch! I really enjoyed the spa facilities and the relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel. Just a heads up, the breakfast was a bit pricey, so I'd recommend exploring local cafes instead! 😊

The room was very small. The shower recess was very tight.

Location good, breakfast sufficient, but not outstanding! The best part of the breakfast room was the equipment. coffee machine is very slow, if it works at all :-(

The lift is not sufficient for a hotel of this size, one always had to wait and with luggage at best 2 persons fit in.

The breakfast was good and well serviced! The room, despite being cramped, was well appointed with modern amenities. I appreciated the convenience of having a lovely little couch in the room for extra comfort.
